"we had the pick 4 combo with the potato salad and green bean sides. the meat (bbq chicken and shredded pork) was flavorable and cooked to perfection. we appreciated the ample portions, too. both sides were delicious!
the dry rubbed onion rings were the best i've ever had!
the corn nuggets were delicious, but without the powdered sugar. thankfully, the powdered sugar was served on the side. the two flavor profiles of the corn nuggets and the sugar don't match. it is a wonderful savory option though. i thought it was akin to hush puppies, but totally different. i loved them!
best of all, the price was right! we're very pleased, and will return to sonny's bbq!

"my Pick 3 Combo magnificent! I got the pulled pork, pulled chicken and jalapeno cheddar sausage. They were all tasty and nicely portioned! For the sidekicks, I chose the bbq beans and coleslaw. The slaw was creamy and sweet. The bbq beans were ok, not my favorite. And the cornbread? Loved it!
Corn Nuggets were a hit! We were happy the powdered sugar was served separately."
