Enchilada was very generously sized, and the tacos (grilled chicken I think and steak/carne asada) were both solid and very generous on the meat portions. Personally I wasn't a huge fan of the rice and beans, but it may have been because I had a bunch of other flavors going on and it wasn't the flavors I wanted. The portions were very large for me- I split everything in half and still was not able to eat half in one sitting. I am vegetarian so I got the Tofu Veggie Pho and it was delicious. The veggies were crisp and fresh, the noodles were perfect, and the broth and sauces were so yummy. Everything paired together just perfectly.
