Often coconut cream pies are overlooked or skipped as boring but do not make that mistake here because it honestly is one of their best pies! If you love a good Boston cream or eclair donut then you absolutely have to try this pie, it is our new favorite as well along side the Coconut cream. Hope they never get rid of the new eclair because they were so good our kids want them instead of cake for their birthdays lol. We also tried the banana cream pie this time and it was also very good.
