The only really terrible thing they have is their chile con queso. Taquerias aren't really known for their queso anyway, but the queso at this place is far worse than the gallon can Rico's used at little league games. They should stop serving this immediately. "LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Pappasitos! Especially their Veggie Enchiladas! And their black beans (both the refried black beans and the charro black beans). Their flour tortillas are fantastic! So are the "chicken fajita nachos" WITHOUT the chicken ... Small request: please include more lettuce and tomatoes in the side! Also, the tortilla soup without chicken! The BEST ever! The prices seem high, but the value is good when you take into consideration most entrees can feed more than 1 person (or leave you with plenty of delicious leftovers!)"
"We LOVE Pappaito's!!! Always fresh; always consistent!!! And the servers, host & hostesses and other workers and management have nailed customer service and are extremely polite and accommodating with special requests (eg, leaving the chicken off or packing it separate when ordering the "chicken fajita nachos" but want them to be vegetarian. (Frankly, I wish there was a feature on DoorDash that would let customers modify their orders of nachos to say "no chicken" (there is a screen where customers can modify the nachos, but leaving the chicken off. Please make that change!! You would get a lot more business from us at least if we could order the chicken fajita nachos "without the chicken" without having to call and ask a manager to please notify the kitchen of the request). In the meantime, the Vegetarian Enchiladas are AWESOME!!!!!! And the portion size is perfect if you're super hungry, and enough to share otherwise if you want any of your friends or family that join you when going to Pappasitos, so they'll taste how great they are and order their own!!! There's only 1 problem when ordering and receiving the Vegetarian Enchiladas, but it's a GOOD problem to have. You have to decide which to eat first!!!
The choices, all of which are included in the "Vegetarian The container of vegetarian nachos that come with the Veggie Enchiladas, the Enchiladas themselves, or the refried black beans!!! It's a good problem to vave, though. "
