If you saw a special on the menu the day before they'll do their best to recreate it the next time you are there. Not only is their food incredible but the staff are friendly and welcoming. Once you go a few times you feel like a member of a little extended family. On top of all that they do regular community outreach and support for disadvantaged families in our area. I literally hit reorder today and either they forgot the mayo or did the lightest layer and I just can't tell. It's happened before with other items but again it was always a sauce or seasoning. Either way, I have condiments at home so I can doctor it up. People have different preferences so may just season differently with the same instructions. If I have to add some mayo or oil or oregano to make a good sub/hoagie great, I'm not complaining. I think hands down in north east the best option for subs/hoagies.
