It's amazing. My top 4 are Earl Grey and Honeycomb, Dark Chocolate Orange special, Mint Stracciatella, and Coffee with the Cacao nibs. My only complaint is that they should rotate the specials out more often, as they tend to keep Mint Stracciatella, Birthday cake, and Cookie butter for absurdly long periods of time as their only specials. They are all 10/10, but at that point you might as well just make them always available standard flavors so the specials don't stay the same for months."

"I haven't had Franklin Fountain in ages. I live right by the place but ordered delivery because I'm disabled and it took over an hour until anyone picked up my order--which was 20 before close. When the dasher arrived apparently the place was closed already and they opened it up and gave him the order. I believe that might be an issue with DoorDash and a lack of available drivers, but just in case it isn't and they simply didn't see the order and select that it was ready for pickup--- and anyone else has this issue in the future, I thought I might mention it.
