I placed the salad in the refrigerator without dressing as it came to me. I returned to eat from it about 2 hours later. The cucumbers started going bad quickly. I was expecting pickled beets. These were not. The ham, green pea pasta was drenched in mayonaise. There was very little peas or ham. All I could taste was dressing. I would not order that again. I asked for chopped ham on the salad. There was very little. I did like the fact the salad was not made up of mostly the lettuce. There was a goodly assortment of various salad items to choose from and included within the price of the salad. I don't understand the cucumber situation. I was disappointed in the pasta salad.
