"Two unfortunate changes we have noticed: Our Applebee's consistently overcooks pasta to nearly mush now and the consistency that used to exist here, no longer does. It's hard to imagine a large chain restaurant not being able to get pasta right, but trust me - it's practically mush. Whoever is managing this kitchen needs training or needs to pay more attention to how people are cooking the basics. as far as consistency, you now have dishes show up with half the sauce they usually do, or missing ingredients, or half the portion size (e.g. dinner salads, pasta, etc). Applebee's is not a healthy choice, but at least they were consistent. Now they've lost that.
They also changed the ingredients of the chocolate molten lava cake & it's terrible now, with a weird taste and texture. It is very unfortunate..."

Also when you order a taco burger you expect something better than a stale bun, also the taco salad was just a disgusting example of a taco salad as there wasn't enough food to feed anyone involved in it's preparation.
