I am super impressed with the Coconut Ice Cream & Fried Banana, the ice cream was put on ice in a separate bag so it was still frozen, and the fried banana was still hot because whoever packaged it put a few vent holes in the box so it didn't get soggy like fried food can, and it was still crispy and delicious when it arrived! However, I was charged $2 for requesting the addition of cilantro to a salad and a side of rice. It's just an herb, not a protein or vegetable or side dish... The portion on the salad is decent but I only see a few stems in my rice. The fried rice only contains that and some egg, no veggies at all. I also did not receive any utensils, napkins, soy sauces, spicy sauces, etc. I am out of town and in a hotel for work, and prefer to choose local. Chains do a much better job of packing and prepping to-go meals, unfortunately. "
