"I'm a bit confused with this place. Twice I've ordered the Bella Basil Pizza 🍅🧀🌿 pizza. First time I received a vegetarian pizza ( so wrong one) second time, the Basil pizza had no Basil. Fresh Basil is a selling point for me. Pizzas were good but wrong every time!"
"Really disappointing order. I placed and paid for the Bella Basil pizza at 11:34 pm, but it did not arrive until 12:20 am — over 45 minutes later — and it was already only semi-warm when it arrived.
The Bella Basil Pizza looked nothing like the photo shown in the app. If there was any basil it was burnt to a crisp. The cheese was badly burnt, the pizza was very oily, and the cheese and dough were stuck to the cardboard box, making the slices difficult to lift and eat. The base also seemed stuck and soggy in places.
For nearly $24, this was poor value and not the quality I expected. The photos show the difference between what was advertised and what was delivered. I would not recommend this based on this experience."
