The food arrived hot. The ranch was dissapointing as it was bottled ranch, the sauce is as important as the wing, especially ranch. So i only ate a few and will now have togo home and use my own ranch. There shouldbe no charge for fake ranch sauce. The fries had no salt and overcooked for my taste. No salt packets or napkins given. I cannot say they are the best but a close second behind houligans. I would have given 5 if not for the bottled ranch sauce."

And the packaging of the order is inconsistant. The first 3 times I order it was perfect, hot and all the items were included. But the last 3-4 or 5 times it has been missing something.
