— Meal was delivered only warm, even though the Dasher arrived quite quickly.
Also provided was an accompaniment of Vietnamese mint and Sprouts, fresh Chili, lemon and Hosein sauce. Could have had more Mint and Sprouts, but was acceptable.
Overall, I feel like I paid $18 -$20 for Noodles and Broth, and some extra dollars for not much more.
Except for an over abundance of the Flat Rice Noodles, it was not at all an adequate serve.
Unfortunately, I Love Pho 264, in Richmond, had just closed and I thought I would give Viet Rose Restaurant a try. A very disappointing error.

They provided parmesan, but it was neither fresh, nor shaved, it was just stock Austrian powdered, but not vulgar 'chuck-cheese'. They added four whole fresh chillis of different kinds to the sauce, one variety I have never had before. They looked heirloom varietals and were excellent.
