I don't usually end up with my order messed up but then again just like any other restaurant they do make minor mistakes at times (forget to add sauce, the way the order is packed, forget an ingredient etc...) overall my food comes out hot and fresh. I recommend you to order if you're in the area and not to order at night as the night staff isn't the best and don't pay attention or sometimes they don't answer the phones, I prefer to order with the staff in the day as they've been there since the store has opened.
