I picked "Blue Rare" but unfortunately, I received a well-done filet mignon with a little bit of pink, not enough to say medium-well, and after giving it a few chance bites, I found myself tired of chewing. The meat had an off taste, and now I wonder if it was old meat as well though I can't be sure. The shrimp was also overcooked & chewy. However, the scallops were tender, and with enough yum yum sauce, was delicious. I hope others have a better experience than I, though I would be reluctant to order again."
