"All of the food was good. The new sweet Sweet Cream Caramel Apple French Toast was very good and not overly bathed in sauces. Packaging of the order was atrocious. Someone clearly opened the bag on its side and stacked the food in it. So once you pick it up by the handles, everything is on its side and the food all slides to the bottom. What a mess. Not cool."
"I don't know what happened, but it took a long time for delivery. Everything was lukewarm by the time I got it. Chicken was tasty, but the hashbrown casserole was dry and overcooked. Apples were delicious as always. I was given all the butter and jelly I requested which was great. Usually I just get 1 or 2 despite the # of biscuits."
