On the downside, I found the mac & cheese a very small portion for $4.50 and it was without much flavour and the noodles extremely soft, to the point of dissolving to the touch. The smoothie they advertise all over the app that I ordered was also missing. The Dasher told me nothing was packed for a drink. When I called the restaurant, the manager Walter just told me to contact the app. Emily packed the order.
The brownie bite dessert also came with a laughably tiny scoop of ice cream in what looks like a sauce cup.

"By far the worst food I have eaten in a very long time. I didn't think it was possible to mess up Jumbo Spaghetti And Meatballs but they did it. Under cook the pasta and over cook the meatballs and use as little sauce as possible. It was so dry it was impossible to swallow without a drink of water. The noodles were actually crunchy. The Broccoli Cheddar Soup was a little slimy, however it was edible, but $12 for about 5 ounces of soup is insane. I ordered a bowl but got a cup and the cup was only half full.
