Full of real cream and vanilla flavor even though I saw very few traces of vanilla bean specks.
It was firm and solid yet soft (no melting) when delivered. It was the perfect consistency. I put it in the freezer for about 2 hours until I was ready for some.
My freezer usually freezes items to a hard solid within an hour. However, the consistency had not changed for this ice cream. I was able to dip out scoops without any problems. Again, "perfect. ""
