"The chicken pie was not golden, it was completely burned, dark brown, and bitter. The empanadas arrived burned and extremely dry inside, and to make things worse, one of them was missing a portion, clearly incomplete. This shows a total lack of respect for the customer.
There is absolutely no excuse for serving food in this condition. Not the weather, not high demand, nothing justifies delivering burned, poorly prepared food. This reflects zero quality control and zero commitment to customer satisfaction.
It is unacceptable to pay for food that does not meet even the most basic standards. This was my first and last time ordering from this place"

Also, the potato salad that came with the meal used to come in the same size as the mashed potatoes and all of a sudden it's in a tiny container now. There was only one other time that I didn't love the food and had some thoughts about not ordering again.
