"Usually when you order ramen (Saiyan Noodle) it comes in broth. I've never been to one ramen house that it didn't come with broth. I literally could have made this ramen at the house. Noodles all stuck together and dry. Now if it did come with broth why not put it to the side? And not in the dish. Common sense.
