"Having sampled almost every cafe and coffee shop in this area, I'd say this place is definitely a grade higher than any others. I managed a locally owned cafe (in TX) for years, which turned me into a caffeinated beverage snob. I harshly judge new-to-me coffee shops by their cappuccinos as they can be beyond difficult to craft to perfection. Gotta say- Midnight has nailed the artistry with their light roast breve cappuccino! The only two contenders that I'd claim each have issues: One doesn't provide delivery options, and the other does not clean/service equipment enough (can taste it in frothed dairy products).
