"So. I am just a modest man who moved recently from Kentucky and have travelled from place to place and eaten at most taco places. I had never had a torta however the flavor of the peppers along with the heat of the hot sauce paired quite well with the protein. I can honestly say that I have never been this surprised and the fact that the prices were very relatable to what I budget myself for, for delivery food was beyond compare. A tear fell from my eye as is rare does as I have now become a fan of the food and will be definitely be bringing them more of my personal business. But again I am just a modest man who enjoys tacos and Latin cuisine. "

"My husband and I have been going to Mi Ranchito since its previous owners five years ago. The previous owners did a great job, but the new owners are TOP TIER! We were so surprised by the upgrade in the Armadillo. The chicken was seasoned perfectly and everything was SO flavorful. The nopales had some crunch which just goes to show it's made fresh to order! The Chile Relleno a la Carte was amazing and saucy and full of bell pepper, and the portion vs price was awesome! The Mojarra Frita is just like you'd want! Seasoned well, crispy all the way through, tender meat and lots of it! They even included pico and limes! "Gambi's had the food we were craving down to a science; it was yummy and comforting. The reason for 4-stars is the quantity you receive. I understand inflated costs but I would have expected a lot more for a $29 plate of Chicken Marsala , or at least the same quantity of food for a lesser price. The dish was good-- the chicken was thin sliced but not overcooked and the side of veggies + potatoes were tasty. Still, especially with the thin-sliced chicken, it wasn't worth the cost.
