The hash browns were golden brown, not salty and had a solid potato flavor. When I saw them, I felt comforted. My egg was over hard rather than over easy. Next time, I will leave a special instruction asking that they break the yolk over the hash browns. The egg yolk likely kept cooking in the container because they use high quality containers. The sausage gravy was very good. I haven't had better in Missouri. Everything suffers by comparison to homemade from the kitchens of Blue Ridge Mountain Moms. Overall, it seems obvious to me that the staff at this restaurant cares about what they are doing and takes serving others seriously."
