I haven't been able to find places that serve Kool-aid and fried smothered pork chops so when I found this place, I fell in love. There was 1 -2 tablespoons of salsa and guacamole. Total rip off. I also ordered a side of Guacamole and got a little larger container of it, but there was an avocado pit in it so I got less. "This was only my 2nd time trying Menudo and Los Abuelos' version is FANTASTIC! The broth was thick and the tripe and meats were boiled with care and tasted clean (some menudos tripes taste dirty).
The broth was savory and delicious. I WOULD ORDER THIS AGAIN.
I got the queso tacos - chorizo & birria. The meats were rich; they did not scrimp; the green sauce heightened the experience of the chorizo taco and birria.
