The location is in a half-abandoned strip mall, which somehow made me trust it more. That is usually where either terrible decisions or incredible food happens, and thankfully this was the second one.
The wings were large, crispy, breaded, and well-seasoned enough that they would have been good even without sauce. That is rare. A lot of places treat wings like sad little sauce vehicles, but these actually had flavor on their own.
We tried Buffalo, Garlic Parm, Sweet Chili, and Yo Daddy’s sauce on the side. Buffalo was classic and reliable. "The steak was cooked perfectly! That is not a common occurrence for me. It didnt have any fat or gristle and the price is phenomenal for the size and quality. It seems like it would be hard to screw up a baked potato but most places manage. Like the steak, the loaded baked potato was the best I've had. I'm always leery of ordering a steak IN a restaurant, so I was definitely nervous about DoorDashing one. Easily the best steak I've had in years. Definitely going to be my go to place. "Typically we love Firebirds but this time our loaded baked potato only came with just a dollop of sour cream and very little bacon, cheese, etc. Also the prime rib sliders were bland with a very small amount of horseradish and onions.
