The Cabeza was a let down. That's my favorite taco besides Al Pastor. It wasn't as tender as it should've been in my opinion. Other places the meat is so tender it melts in your mouth. You need it to be tender because it lacks flavor. So it was a little tough and flavorless and not good in my opinion. Then there is the Suadero. I've seen many videos from Mexico about it so I was excited to try it. Unfortunately it was very tough. I loved the flavor, it had a deep beef flavor and if it was tender I am sure it would've been my favorite taco, but the meat was hard. I am talking about how it is dark almost black hard and old. Maybe it was because I ordered it at 11:30 pm and it was just sitting there, but it wasn't pleasant. The Al Pastor was too wet with the marinade. Didn't like."

"The tacos are good but not my favorite spot. I can only speak about the Al Pastor and Carne Asada tacos. These tacos are different than the familiar tacos in LA and the taco carts out in this area. The carne asada had no fat so it was missing half the flavor and I wasn't getting a strong beef flavor from the meat they use so overall it was bland. They do give you a lot of meat though. The Al Pastor had the flavor components of what you would expect from an Al Pastor taco, but it was missing the deep complex flavor I am used to getting at taco carts. They do however cook the Al Pastor how it should be cooked and shaved off to order so it is still a very good taco. The corn tortillas have a strong corn taste like they are homemade, but I am not sure if they make them. Overall, everything is very high quality and you should give it a try for yourself and they have a lot of other items too that I didn't try."

Also instead of my beef I ended up receiving a chicken one, not only that I only received one sauce instead of two, you would think I would receive two because each empanada is separate. I wasn't too mad that I received the chicken one instead of beef because it was actually good. I was sad that I didn't have enough sauce for my other empanada. Also I order a tamal de Rajas but honestly it was disappointing, it barely had any filling , I was basically eating masa and I'm not sure if the tamales are fresh because they tasted like store bought tamales. I was very disappointed. Over all not a very good experience for me. I gave them two stars because at least the empanadas were delicious but for the price, I'd rather go somewhere else."
