The owner of the third restaurant called me to say they had run out of Dulet so have sent a replacement in its place, some "gaslight" affair I have never heard of while back home [and doesnt taste nearly half as good]. He also had the kindness of spirit to offer to come pick it up if I do not want it. The fourth was marked delivered without ever getting to me. But that was probably not the restaurant's fault. Plus, I got a swift response from doordash, and free express delivery while at it.
So, yes, I expected to be disappointed. I was really not. Well, except in the meat which clearly isnt lamb, but tougher, harder, no bueno. The Butter Chicken Pizza was really good. I liked the flavor, the texture of the crust, and the toppings. It was cooked just right. We got mild spice, but it was so mild we didn't detect any spice at all, so we'll try the medium spice next time.
The Italian Cheese Bread (12 Pcs) has a nice layer of cheese, but still has a nice crunch and goes super well with the Marinara Sauce. The Jalapeño Creme Poppers were good, pretty straightforward. The Mango Lassi had more of a yogurt flavor than a mango flavor to other ones I've had, but I still really enjoyed it.

THAT SAID, I have been kinda bummed by the vegan options recently. I initially had a vegan chocolate in late 2022 that to me was probably better than the full dairy option. Silky mouth feel, great flavor, totally A+. Having ordered a number of vegan options now, a number of them are pretty unenjoyable. The texture is almost icey rather than smooth, and the coconut oil costs the top of your mouth - I'd give these a C-.
Love this store and will keep using them, but will likely avoid these non dairy options going forward :("
