There was no sour cream and no chili. The chili is the most important and the most delicious ingredient in that dish!
I also ordered the 10 Wings -(up to 2 sauces) , and they were ok but inconsistent. some of them were dry and obviously overcooked while others were done but the skin didn't crisp up at all.
