We also got the Jalapeno Popper appetizer and it is also the best I've ever had. They make them a little differently, fully fried somehow so they are completely encapsulated. "The Pad Thai (beef) was quite delicious. It's really the dish I judge Thai restaurants on and I was not disappointed. Beef was tender, good ratio of the different ingredients and their in-house peanut sauce was great, not your typical peanut sauce, they added some other herbs/spices. I selected "Thai Spicy" and even put in the special requests, "seriously, very very very spicy." That would be my only complaint, was not super spicy as I had hoped it would be, about the same as my other item ordered (below). However, it was still spicier than most Thai restaurants will go. In all, still very delicious and I will order again.
The Panang Curry (chicken, not ground) was awesome, chicken nice and juicy/tender. The "Thai Spicy" level was certainly not legitimately/true "Thai Spicy," but it did have a decently nice amount of heat compared to other Thai restaurants.
