I have placed three separate orders and have been disappointed each time due to missing items, which results in an incomplete meal.
On my recent orders, the following issues were noted:
ā¢ Missing Main Items/Sides: Key components of the order, such as the meat and sides (e.g., grits), were left out.
ā¢ Special Request Issues: requesting that fruit be packaged separately from the pancakes to prevent them from becoming soggy upon arrival was not followed.
ā¢ Missing Condiments: Only a single packet of syrup was provided for two large pancakes, and a kids pancake which was insufficient.
When attempting to resolve these issues by calling the restaurant, I was unable to get an answer. Consistency in fulfilling orders and responsiveness to customer follow-up are essential for repeat business.
