It's probably a good idea if you're going to put some fried food into a breathable container, not to seal it in a plastic grocery bag afterwards. It kinda defeats the purpose.

Kalbi is consistently delicious (sometimes the beef isn't cooked as well so I have to heat it in the microwave to finish the cooking processing) and tender.
