"I didn't want to say I didn't like it because I'm sure it's a very different experience in store.
However, the steamed buns were dry. Inside flavorful but the actual bun was dry. Not like the normal steamed buns experience of airy light n moist. This was dense dry and heavy.
The musubis spam to rice ratio was comical. I know us islanders love our rice but we love our spam too. The spam was a sliver of a cut and the rice was not sticky. The sauce was good though.
The baked bun. Phenomenal. Bread was airy with the right crispy to softness. The inside was flavorful and plentiful.
The wings were good just hella small.
Breakfast bun was bomb. The only think is the cut size of the celery. They were huge so the celery kinda overpowered the flavor of the bun.
Fried dumpling I didn't eat because it was smashed into the bag. But it smelled good.
The hotdog bun was typical pig in a blanket. Bread was great. Hot dog was a hot dog."

"I ordered the 1978 and the Chilaquiles. Both were delicious. The 1978 was bold and deliciously seasoned with a creamy, smooth and sweet topping. The first sip made my brain light up! The Chilaquiles are large and come with 2 eggs. Mine were cooked perfectly which was fantastic! The salsa verde had the *tiniest* hint of spice to it which made it even more enjoyable. "The Egg Rolls (4) were excellent, very crispy. The Combination Plate with BBQ pork fried rice, BBQ pork chow mien and sweet and sour pork was also very good. Plenty of food so there is enough for 2 very generous servings. I particularly liked that the sweet and sour pork was served with the sauce on the side so it was still crunchy when it was delivered.
