"The good- portion size was huge. very good portion size for the money. especially The meat and rice.
the bad- plantain and chicharron was undercooked. plantain was hard and not carmelized at all. the chicharron was very rubbery and no crunch at all. A little salt could go a long way. Zero salt. nothing on the meat, rice, chicharron, nothing. the arepa was very soggy, probably also undercooked. I asked for extra aji and got none. they gave the smallest container I've ever seen with some pretty good red sauce but I mean it was tiny and it was used for the steak. I could only eat 1/4 of the rice and plantain cause it was too bland. the beans didn't help anything either. again Zero salt, onion, nothing. food could be great, just use some salt and give some sauce and cook a couple minutes longer."
