To the CHEF, even Gordon Ramsay would be furious with you because you shouldn't serve the chips in the same tray as the steak and mushroom sauce, the chips were extremely soggy by the time they were delivered to me. The Porterhouse was full of gristle, terrible..
I also ordered the Salt & Pepper Calamari, absolutely rubbish, they were tough, I paid $17 for about 8 Calamari!!!

"Originally I left a poor review because the main item in my order was missing. I called the store and they offered some solutions but I was really quite frustrated at the time and probably wasn't super great. I did end up re-ordering and having to spend extra money to get the items delivered again but the store made up for it and I really do think that this is the best bake house in the west. Somewhere that I would be happy to come back to again and all the food is delicious. I'm hoping this review balances out the other one I left. And my deepest thanks to the staff."
