Everything came hot.But Plato El Lecerito it came with three meats the one pork that has red seasoning reddish orange really fatty. I'm assuming that was a piece of pork 60% was fat, but with the meat I took off was flavorful and then you got steak and another piece of pork hamburger, which is very spicy, but very flavorful but that one piece of meat just too fatty. I don't think I'd ordered this again, everything my wife ate she said reminder of her being a kid everything was authentic flavorful "
