"Came a second time to order from El Valle. Ordered the Carnitas or Barbacoa, choosing the pound of barbacoa. Delicious meat with cilantro, sautéed o ions (which was new to me and great), and toasted Serrano peppers and limes. Now their amazing flour tortillas were included, but here is where I was disappointed. Only 4 tortillas were included four a pound of barbacoa. Most places include a dozen so I expected that many. The posting does not designate an amount otherwise I would have ordered extra tortillas. The restaurant needs to update the selection to specify how many tortillas are included in the Carnitas or Barbacoa selection.
I will be clear though, the barbacoa is one of best I have tasted. I will order again just with more tortillas!"
