It was cooked to perfection and I love how thin and crispy the bacon was. And the Truffle Goat Fries, although at first glance not very flashy, were perfectly seasoned. The cheese was great and the red wine reduction was so flavorful. The whole meal left me feeling perfectly full and satisfied. 10/10 food, will most definitely be ordering again someday. "I've had High Byrd twice now and I'm not gonna lie, when I first tried it I was a little skeptical because I'm not a fan of the other restaurants in this same location. But High Byrd blew the roof off of my expectations! The wings are really good quality and I'm a huge fan of the sauce. Also I really liked the sauce distribution, a lot of places have too much sauce on some wings and not enough on others or etc., but the wings were perfectly sauced and the flavor is really good. This time I had wings with the Korean Gochujang sauce and it was very flavorful with a nice bite to it. The last time I had one of the sandwiches with the hot honey sauce and it was also very good. The truffle fries were very unique and tasty and I loved the seasoning on them. Overall I give this place a 10/10. It's open 24 hours which is nice because I work night shifts and am usually awake during the night; the food is very tasty; and the prices aren't too bad either. The bone-in wings is a little expensive but honestly it was worth it, especially since the wings had plenty of meat on the bone and weren't stingy like other places.
