"I grew up in NC where there is a variety of locations and I can get hot and fresh donuts from any Krispy Kreme. I was craving it but there's not many locations in Cali so when I saw this one and it said "delivered hot and fresh", I was excited.
There is nothing fresh about these donuts. It's the same old cold box of Krispy Kreme donuts you get at Ralphs. I walked into Ralph's after I got my order that same day and saw the same 9 donut box selling for $5.99... even the christmas edition one they have on this menu.
Not sure where the great reviews are coming from. That just wasn't my experience... so I would say go in person if you really want it. It may be better but, if you order online, know you are getting the same box from Ralphs."

The cookie butter item was missing core ingredients entirely—it didn't even come with the cream topping shown in the photos and tasted completely wrong no cookie butter flavor. The winter melon drink was heavily watered down, sour, and undrinkable . To top it off, they didn't even use the signature branded cans they advertise, just a generic cup. It look nothing like the photos and that alone was a discrepancy. Customer service was good they called and chatted to see if I wanted different mochi donuts cause the three that I asked for was sold out, but I can say that besides that either it was a rush job or maybe it's training but half of the order was completely wrong. For the price that you pay, they should provide quality food and drinks."

"Based off the name of the dish I was expecting more flavor and spicy and similar taste to Vidal noodles. I also thought the chicken was going to be fried not sauted, I read the ingredients and was hoping that it would be spicy like the buldak noodles but it was very bland. I wished they offered spice levels and made the flavor similar to buldak spicy noodles, it felt misleading and the chicken to rice cake portion was very drastic. I had about 5 rice cakes in my dish and just a ton of chicken and very little sauce. For the price it was kind of disappointing."
