"I was really excited and looking forward to this chicken. I was curious how it would taste. I live in the south east and have quite a few upscale choices when it comes to chicken. The chicken was great at texture but somewhere between dredge and the fryer no seasoning was added to really marry the crunch not even a finishing salt. It needed pepper, garlic, thyme, onion ...anything really to help carry the texture and make me want to continue eating more.
