However, I do not appreciate that there is an option to remove things from the burgers in customization, yet it doesn't actually show up on your order receipt. It's a bummer to consistently get an order that is messed up due to an error that is not my fault. I would love it if whoever put this restaurant available on DoorDash would add back the add customization option. It's a bummer to me that so many stores remove this option :(
Aside from that, some of the items are a bit bland. I think the onion rings and the jalapeño cheddar bites could use seasoning or even just salt on the outside. The impossible whopper patty is also incredibly similar to real meat, both in taste, smell, and texture, which is a plus for meat-eaters and a huge disappointment if you are a vegetarian because of preference. I wish y'all would bring back the amazing black bean burger you used to have! Sooo good. The Impossible Whopper is just too greasy and meaty. "

"Literally my entire order was incorrect. Cold, stale, unseasoned hash browns that tasted like I was eating pure fried grease; the only donuts that I actually wanted were nowhere to be found; but the KICKER was the sandwich. The sandwich I originally wanted wasn't available, so I was contacted for a replacement. I was told that the only bread they had available was English muffin, which I was fine with. But tell me why this sandwich got here looking like half of the English muffin was ripped off by wolves?? No exaggeration, half the bread is gone. And the ripped part has toast marks on it implying that someone saw this BEFORE putting it into the toaster? No one could've looked at this massacred, sad excuse for a sandwich and thought it was acceptable to put into a bag and ship off. Quality control is obviously lacking at this location, and judging by the number of items I was told were out of stock, I'm going to go ahead and blame the management on this one. To top it all off, my order took 40 mins to arrive when I was quoted 10-14, though I know it's because the restaurant was waiting to fire a new sandwich because they called me from my dasher's phone. Also, if we were already on the phone why didn't they ask me about the missing donuts so I could pick my own replacement?! Staff is obviously overworked, and the only reason I ever go back to this place is because it's so close to my house. I do not recommend ordering from here if you value your time and sanity. 2/10."

"I've only been in person but I just saw them on DooDash and I'm so excited!!! All the drinks and food are delicious! If you want a small snack, my go to is the chocolate chip banana bread loaf slice. If you want a sandwich, you really can't go wrong with any of the options. My husband loves/never gets tired of the Cheb, and I'm a fan of the Urban Toast and Morning Mustard Melt. The owner and staff are all so friendly and welcoming, so if you ever get a chance to come in person I highly recommend it! "oh my God i saw this place on TikTok and had to try it. Although the drink I initially wanted was sold out, the Ube Ube Cream Matcha was great as an alternative. The grilled Crispy Pork Belly Sandwich was excellent and for as huge as it was, I felt it was rather light on the stomach which left room for the Mango Sticky Rice ! I'm not use to the coconut sauce being very thin, but it was still tasty and a perfect combination for the very sweet mango slices. PS: they bake the bread on site; and it is FRESH my goodness."

"I am never disappointed here. I love the huge Plain Bagel with cream cheese. It's always fresh and toasted just right. If a coffee place has a good bagel, it's usually a great sign. They seem to alternate between a yogurt parfait (see my previous review) and their Chia Pudding. Today was my first time trying the pudding and it was great! Same fresh blueberries, and big chunks of fresh strawberries, and the flavor of the chia pudding itself was not overwhelming. I don't normally get chia puddings, but I can see myself trying this one again. My Latte was perfect. Lots of places overwhelm you with sweetness, but they put just the right amount of sugar free vanilla in mine. This place is a winner."
