"I decided to try this place mainly because I love Halo-Halos. I wanted to see if this place compared to the others. Unfortunately, the Halo-Halo had barely any sweetened fruits and beans at all, it was just a glorified sno-cone. It was mostly just a cup of ice. I can't really believe I spent that much money on bland rice and dry chicken, I could have made that at home myself for much less. Maybe other items are better, but after this experience I am not sure if I am willing to give it the benefit of the doubt."
