They came in a paper bag and each Cookie is individually sealed in a plastic bag that has qr code....Maybe it's the package but they were dry and very crumbly and not moist. I am guessing they are packed fresh but they lost all their moisture. I was hoping it was just one Cookie but all of them are dry. They also appear much larger in the photos. I wish I could try them again and they're decently priced but none of the flavors blew us away and they all were just a similar very crumbly dry texture/flavor. We did re-heat them in attempts to bring back some gooey vibes but nothing made them really that good."

My Dragon Fruit Delight only had coconut shreds & blueberries, was half way melted , and not even filled up halfway. There is options to turn off unavaibile items to avoid this, so there is no reason this shouldnt have been taken care of before ordering. There was no effort to contact me to swap my item or any compensation offered once we reached out after receiving the item. We contacted the store and they let us know there was no fresh fruit but it still had no granola."
