They gave me other bagel options but none that I liked so they offered 1 chocolate donut but when I said that wasnt a comparable price they hung up on me. I texted the DoorDash driver and he was able to get a comparable priced option. When the items were received it appeared that they gave me a day old cinnamon roll! I have had them there multiple times and had never received such a flat and overcooked one as this one. The driver was excellent and went above and beyond. I waited at the empty DoorDash counter for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, then was told they had “unplugged” DoorDash and needed to see my phone, making me go back to my car and wait again. After all that, my food came out late, room temperature, and clearly not freshly made. The bagel dog was embarrassingly skimpy, the bagels were not toasted, there was barely any honey butter, and everything tasted off compared with how this place used to be.
This was my second bad experience in a row with the same order, after previously being told through a locked door that they were sold out and to “take it up with DoorDash” even though I’d already been charged. Between both visits I’m out around $80, the iced coffee was basically just ice with a little coffee, and every corner that could be cut was. After coming here since childhood, it hurts to say it, but I will not be returning"

"I had a late night sweet craving and Ms. Sweets was open. I ordered a slice of red velvet and a slice of tres leches. The red velvet was moist and spongy with a tang of fruit jam. The tres leches was thick with syrup, with fluffy cream on top and a side of fresh raspberries and strawberries. I savored every bite.
