We got the Cowboy & Sooo Cali with no tomato and added bacon. In my opinion, the Sooo Cali's bun to filling ration was off a tad as the hawaiian rolls seemed slightly overpowering, but definitely the right choice of bun for the Cowboy and holds up to the cheese immaculately!
