I could tell they used a marinade because biting into the chicken I saw an orange liquid, which I assume was the marinade or seasoning altogether. It wasn't wasn't delicious, but it was food. You could get more for less from any grocery store. Also, the biscuit was cut poorly, not expecting perfection, but it was split down the middle, which usually indicates an error at the cutting stage, if these are fresh.
The jambalaya was unfortunate in that all of the basic requirements were there, the herbes de Provence, the sausage, the chicken, the miripoix, it fell apart in that there wasn't enough salt or spice to tie it together and let the ingredients sing, it tasted like rice with jambalaya ingredients tossed in, but nothing too authentic.

But my definition of an Omelet is not a folded over egg dish where the contents all fall out. I was surprised that it was filling but I don't think I will get it again."
