"Meh pretty unimpressed. Food was rather expensive and I saw good reviews especially raving about the Crab Fried Rice. Well, it was pretty meh. Taste was average, there was something spicy on top in a non-homogenous manner such that the top was too spicy, and the rest didn't have any spicy. Someone mentioned 2-3 servings from the fried rice, and I found that absolutely to be not true. They didn't skim on quantity or anything, but it was just an average serving container of fried rice, likely the exact same plastic takeout containers other restaurants use. There were hardly any chunks of crab at all, if someone told me they had forgotten to add crab I would have believed them.
Calamari Rings I'm pretty sure is just standard stuff you'd get at Safeway or similar.. It wasn't terrible but it also wasn't good. Bit oversalted, not particularly well fried, not crispy, most likely not made in house.
I didn't order any seafood boil, maybe that is good and their specialty, but I am not going to bother reordering/trying."

"I had the miso 01.Miso Soup, tuna sashimi, the yellowtail tuna sashimi, the Ninja roll, the N2. Japanese Fried Rice, and unsweetened iced tea! Wow, lots of stuff for a truly delectable dinner! Let's get to the details!
Starting with the miso 01.Miso Soup: the portion was perfect for a starter drink but a little on the lukewarm side because I let mine sit too long. My bad and not indicative of Door Dash or Sumo Express. The nori in the miso was dark green and appeared fresh with the tofu appropriately portioned.
The tuna sashimi was was fantastic, perfectly portioned as was the yellowtail tuna sashimi that honestly melted in my mouth. Just breathtaking. The scent off both made me ravenous!
The Ninja was portioned and loaded up like its own meal. It is deep fried but it must be a flash fry because it had no hint of grease, you could taste all the fish, the avocado became creamy, and the cream cheese did not become runny at all! Not to mention the eel sauce drizzled on perfectly complimented the dish.
I did not use the spicy mayo that was on the side but it was probably Japanese mayonnaise and should have at least tried it with a piece, if not just to for the experience. I did not get the entree; the roll by itself was so much food that I could not finish it!
Because I finished my meal with the non- entree N1.Japanese Fried Rice! Phew! As a man born in Okinawa, this was extremely comforting. The portion was so that I almost finished it and I would have been disappointed if I had eaten any less. I got it with shrimp that were HUGE, juicy, and flavourful, with lightly fried rice, peas, carrot, and egg. It honestly had an underlying sweetness to it that was nostalgic.
Order, go here, try it! It's bound to better express sitting there!"

The salad was a generous size for a side dish and had plenty of tasty toppings along with a pleasant dressing. It's the best salad of its kind that I have ever had. Crisp, fresh and nice balance of savory and sweet.
The soup was wonderful. Perfectly creamy and flavorful. I missed the hint of sherry that some lobster bisque recipes include, so I am not sure if sherry is simply not an ingredient that Palisade uses, or maybe it was so mild that I didn't detect it. Nevertheless, the soup was lovely and I will certainly order it again.
The key lime pie was exceptional. I immediately recognized the real whipped cream that was not overly sweet, allowing the lime layer to be the shining star. The thin crumbly graham cracker crust accented perfectly in size, consistency and taste. The portion size was larger than expected. (Thank you!)
