The gravy doesn't have a floury taste like some others. This has the flour/butter/milk portions well balanced. I do wish the app would allow us to request gravy and sauce to be on the side, as you can see I had to scrape it off the edge of the container and a little spilled out. It's a very minor issue. I do love the amount of hot gravy!
