Do a thick or thin crust but not whatever this crust is. Change suppliers to get better quality ingredients. Add some salt, pepper, herbs, and spices to level up the sauce. Try out a mozzarella/ provolone, or asiago cheese blend, and if you're unable to eat pork, then ask a friend who can eat pork to help you find a quality pork pepperoni with flavor and spice."
