"I was excited to order from here but very disappointed. The milkshake was definitely not made with ice cream as it was separating when it arrived and tasted like a weird smoothie. The pretzel was rock hard and even reheating didn't help. had to toss it. The hotdogs had good flavor but the buns were too thick and cold. not even warmed almost like right out of the bag. Was to receive a bag of popcorn with each hotdog order but only had about 10 pieces of popcorn in the hotdogs containers which made it soggy."

"The girl who was working there was fantastic over the phone about getting our 4 scoop ice cream separated and helping me with flavor suggestions because one of the flavors I ordered was out of stock. the note was a nice touch about the mess up on the suggestion but the replacement flavor was really good."
