"This is the first time I've ever really taken the time to write a review like this, and for good reason. I normally see no reason to do so, as most people ignore them, and I usually don't think the owner of the restaurant will take notice.
But this is different.
My wife and I both ordered the CHICKEN PARMIGIANA. And it's the most delicious, best tasting chicken parm either of us have ever had, and my wife grew up Italian, eating traditional Italian dishes prepared by old school Italian family.
The chicken is obviously hand prepared, and it's a fantastic size for the dish. It's a large portion of pasta, and even in a great ratio to the chicken.
However... they really messed up with the sauce. Don't get me wrong, the sauce is just as astonishingly delicious as the rest of the dish. But there's so little of it. Leo, you have to stop skimping on the sauce. The meal would be truly mind-bending, if there was a proper ratio of sauce to pasta. Right now, it's 90% pasta, 10% sauce. It needs to be 75% pasta, 25% sauce, especially with such a large portion of pasta. This comes from a fourth generation Italian woman.
If any potential diners are reading this, and have made it this far, it is still worth ordering this dish. It's tasty enough to be worth the lacking sauce. But if I were you, after placing your order, I would consider placing a call and asking if they can add 15% more sauce. You'll be glad you did, and it's worth whatever amount of money they want for it. "
