I'm currently recovering from surgery and unable to drive and my husband works full time with limited time for breaks/lunch. This was my treat to him for having to do everything on top of caregiving and he couldn't even eat his sub due to allergies. I called and let the store know and they said they could remake it and we could come and pick it up, really nice offer, but again I can't drive currently. Waiting to see if the refund they promised happens. Just really bummed I didn't get the sub I've been craving!

I also ordered a frosted sugar cookie that came with none at all (listing even noted that frosting color varies by location, so clearly it’s supposed to come frosted).
I keep giving it another shot hoping something will surprise me, but at this point I think their strength is very clearly in the baked goods.
