I'm currently recovering from surgery and unable to drive and my husband works full time with limited time for breaks/lunch. I called and let the store know and they said they could remake it and we could come and pick it up, really nice offer, but again I can't drive currently. I also ordered a frosted sugar cookie that came with none at all (listing even noted that frosting color varies by location, so clearly it’s supposed to come frosted).
